Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Juvenile

Justice) Order 1993.

Definition

2. In this Order, “document” means any Act or statutory instrument,

or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement.

Construction of references to Office of Juvenile Justice and to

Director of that Office

3. (1) In any document, a reference to the Office of Juvenile Justice is
to be construed as a reference to the Department of Juvenile Justice.

(2) In any document, a reference to the Director of the Office of Juvenile Justice is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
