I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Administrative Changes Act 1976, make the Order set out hereunder, with effect immediately after the commencement of the Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Industrial

Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education) Order 1991.

Definition

2. In this Order, "document" means an Act or statutory instrument,

or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement.

3. In any document, a reference to the Department of Industrial

Relations is to be construed as a reference to the Department of

Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education.
