ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES ACT 1976—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State

of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Administrative Changes Act 1976, make the Order set out hereunder.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Health)

Order 1992.

Construction of references to Ministry for Health etc.

2. In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in

any contract or agreement:

a reference to the Ministry for Health is to be construed as a

reference to the Department of Health; and

a reference to the Chief Executive of the Ministry for Health is to
be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the
Department of Health.
