Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (General)

Order (No. 2) 1995.

Construction of certain references to Managing Director of Property
Services Group

2. A reference in the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 to the Managing Director of the Property Services Group is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Olympic Co- ordination Agency if the reference is used in relation to the Homebush Bay Development Corporation.

Construction of certain references to Department of Industrial
Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education

3. A reference to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education, or to the Director-General of that Department, in any contract, agreement or other instrument concerning any matter for which the Director-General of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination is responsible, is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination, or to the Director-General of that Department, respectively.
