I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Administrative Changes Act 1976, make the Order set out hereunder.

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes

(Education and Youth Affairs) Order 1990.

Commencement

2. This Order takes effect on 2 March 1990.

Construction of references to Secretary of Ministry of Education and
Youth Affairs

3. In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, a reference to the Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Executive Director of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs.
