Construction of certain references in State Development and
Industries Assistance Act 1966

2. The reference in section 34O of the State Development and Industries Assistance Act 1966 to the Department of Industrial Development and Decentralisation (which is required to be construed as a reference to the Office of Economic Development in the Premier’s

Department) is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Business and Regional Development if the reference is used in relation to the administration of the excluded undertaking within the meaning of the New South Wales Investment Corporation (Sale) Act 1988 (and known as the Retained Loans Portfolio).
