Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes

(Commercial Services Group) Order 1990.

Definition

2. In this Order, "document" means an Act or statutory instrument,

or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement.

3. In any document, a reference to the Department of

Administrative Services is to be construed as a reference to the

Commercial Services Group.

Construction of references to Secretary of Department of

Administrative S ervices

4. In any document, a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Administrative Services is to be construed as a reference to the Managing Director of the Commercial Services Group.
