Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Audit Office) Order 1994.

Construction of references to Auditor-General’s Office

2. In any Act (except the provisions to be inserted in the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 by Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit (Auditor-General) Amendment Act 1991) or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement, a reference to the Auditor-General’s Office is to be construed as a reference to The Audit Office of New South Wales.
