Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Annual

Reports) Order 1991.

Construction of references to the Secretary of the Premier’s

Department

2. A reference to the Secretary of the Premier’s Department in:

(a) section 14 of the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984; or

(b) section 17 of the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985,

is to be construed as a reference to the Managing Director of the Property
Services Group
