Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Ageing and

Disability) Order 1995.

Construction of certain reference in Youth and Community Services
Act 1973

2. The reference in the definition of “Department” in section 3 of the Youth and Community Services Act 1973 to the Department of Youth and Community Services is to be construed as a reference to the Ageing and Disability Department.
