Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Aged and

Disability Services) Order 1995.

Construction of references to Department of Aged and Disability
Services

2. In any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement, a reference to the Department of Aged and Disability Services is to be construed as a reference to the Ageing and Disability Department.
