Administrative Arrangements (Second Perrottet Ministry—Allocation of Acts and Agencies) Order 2021 (NSW)

1Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Second Perrottet Ministry—Allocation of Acts and Agencies) Order 2021.

2Commencement(1)

Except as provided by subclause (2), this Order commences on 21 December 2021 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

(2)

Clause 3(3) and (4) and Schedule 2 commence on 1 April 2022.

3Repeals(1)

The following cease to have effect—

  • (a)

    an order that only allocates the administration of Acts,

  • (b)

    a provision of another order allocates the administration of Acts.

(2)

To avoid doubt, the allocations made by this Order, Schedule 1 replace any previous allocations relating to the Acts concerned that are inconsistent with the allocations made by the Schedule.

(3)

A provision of another order that specifies the Minister to whom a Public Service agency is responsible ceases to have effect.

(4)

To avoid doubt, the specifications made by this Order, Schedule 2 replace any previous specifications that are inconsistent with the specification made by the Schedule.

Schedule 1Allocation of the administration of ActsAllocation of Acts

The administration of an Act listed in this Schedule is allocated to the Minister indicated in the Schedule.

The administration of an Act or parts of an Act that directly amends another Act is allocated to the Minister administering the Act amended.
