I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .10 November 2008

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) Amendment Order 2008 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationThe Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws. 4Principal OrderIn this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2008 is referred to as the Principal Order. 5Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Departments and Enactments) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting the following item

Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority Act 2004

from Part 9 ; (b) by inserting in Part 11 in correct alphabetical order the following item:

Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority Act 2004

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
