I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .21 August 2009

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) Amendment Order 2009 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationThe Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws. 4Principal OrderIn this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order. 5Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Departments and Enactments) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by inserting in Part 2 after

Personal Information Protection Act 2004

the following item:

Poisons Act 1971

in so far as it relates to the Poppy Advisory and Control Board (otherwise see the Department of Health and Human Services under the Minister for Health)

(b) by omitting from Part 8

Poisons Act 1971

and substituting the following item:

Poisons Act 1971

except in so far as it relates to the Poppy Advisory and Control Board (see the Department of Justice under the Minister for Justice)

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
