I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .4 April 2011

(2)  Each department specified under the title of a Minister in Schedule 1 is responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration by the Minister of the enactments specified under that department. 5Legislation revokedThe legislation specified in Schedule 2 is revoked.
