I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .21 November 2011

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order) This order amends the

(a) assign to the Minister for Corrections and Consumer Protection the administration of the Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 ; and (b) specify that the Department of Justice is responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of that Act.
