Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order 2004

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .26 July 2004

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (No. 2) Amendment Order 2004 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 1 amended (Administration of departments and enactments) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting " Rosetta Landslip Act 1992 " from the list of Acts specified under the Department of Economic Development which appears under the heading "MINISTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT"; (b) by omitting " Beauty Point Landslip Act 1970 " from the list of Acts specified under the Department of Treasury and Finance which appears under the heading "MINISTER FOR FINANCE"; (c) by inserting " Beauty Point Landslip Act 1970 ", " Lawrence Vale Landslip Act 1961 " and " Rosetta Landslip Act 1992 " in correct alphabetical position in the list of Acts specified under the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources which appears under the heading "MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, ENERGY AND RESOURCES"; (d) by omitting " Lawrence Vale Landslip Act 1961 " from the list of Acts specified under the Department of Treasury and Finance which appears under the heading "TREASURER";

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
