the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902, make

the following Order.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Interim Ministerial Changes) Order
2017.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 23 January 2017 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3      Definition

In this Order:
document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any
contract or agreement.

Note. Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902 and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Order.

4      Construction of references to Ministers

In any document, a reference to any Minister of a specified description (other than the Premier or the Deputy Premier) is to be construed as a reference to either the Premier or the Deputy Premier.
