MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902, make the following Order.

Administrative Arrangements (Interim Ministerial Changes)

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Interim Ministerial Changes) Order
2014.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 17 April 2014 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Definition

In this Order:
document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any
contract or agreement, including an instrument that allocates the administration of
Acts to Ministers.

4      Construction of references to Ministers

In any document, a reference to any Minister of a specified description (other than the Premier, the Deputy Premier, the Minister for Transport or the Minister for Education) is to be construed as a reference to either the Premier or the Deputy Premier.

5      Savings provision

Nothing in this Order affects anything done by a Minister of a specified description before the time at which this Order is published on the NSW legislation website.
