Administrative Arrangements (Assignment of Administration) Order 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .6 December 2010

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Assignment of Administration) Order 2010 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 6 December 2010. 3InterpretationThe Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws. 4Assignment of administrationThe administration of that part of the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and the Arts known as Screen Tasmania, that is assigned to the Minister for Economic Development, is, when this order takes effect, assigned to the Minister for the Arts. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the order) This order assigns the administration of Screen Tasmania, part of the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and the Arts, to the Minister for the Arts.
