Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .4 April 2016

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2016 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 4 April 2016. 3InterpretationThe Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws. 4Principal OrderIn this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2016 is referred to as the Principal Order. 5Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from the heading to Part 15 "MINISTER FOR POLICE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT" and substituting "MINISTER FOR POLICE, FIRE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT"; (b) by omitting | DEPARTMENT OF POLICE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT |
