MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902, make the following Order.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2014.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 24 February 2014 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Administrative Arrangements Order 2014

(1) Clause 4 Substitution of Schedule 1 to GSE Act

Insert “Office of the” before “NSW State Emergency Service” where appearing under the heading “Executive agency” in Part 2 of the Schedule to be inserted in the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.

(2) Clause 4
Omit the following from Part 3 of the Schedule to be inserted in the Government
Sector Employment Act 2013:
SAS Trustee Corporation Staff *Chief Executive Officer of the SAS
Agency Trustee Corporation
(3) Clauses 6 (2) and 8 (4), Table
Insert “Office of the” before “NSW State Emergency Service” wherever occurring.
(4) Clause 8 Abolition of other Government Service Divisions and transfer of staff to
corresponding or other Public Service agencies
Insert after clause 8 (2):

Note. See clause 13A of Schedule 4 to the GSE Act which relates to the Internal Audit Bureau Division, the Treasury Corporation Division and the SAS Trustee Corporation Division.
