1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2014.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 24 February 2014 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Administrative Arrangements Order 2014

(1) Clause 4 Substitution of Schedule 1 to GSE Act

Insert “Office of the” before “NSW State Emergency Service” where appearing under the heading “Executive agency” in Part 2 of the Schedule to be inserted in the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.

(2)	Clause 4
Omit the following from Part 3 of the Schedule to be inserted in the Government Sector Employment Act 2013:

SAS Trustee Corporation Staff	*Chief Executive Officer of the SAS
Agency	Trustee Corporation

(3)	Clauses 6 (2) and 8 (4), Table
Insert “Office of the” before “NSW State Emergency Service” wherever occurring.
(4)	Clause 8 Abolition of other Government Service Divisions and transfer of staff to corresponding or other Public Service agencies
Insert after clause 8 (2):

Note. See clause 13A of Schedule 4 to the GSE Act which relates to the Internal Audit Bureau Division, the Treasury Corporation Division and the SAS Trustee Corporation Division.
