1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Western

City and Aerotropolis Authority) Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 9 November 2018 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3      Establishment of Western City and Aerotropolis Authority Staff Agency

The Western City and Aerotropolis Authority Staff Agency is established as a Public
Service executive agency related to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

4 Amendment of Schedule 1 to Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (Public Service agencies)

Insert in appropriate order in Part 2:
