Transfer of EPA Staff) Order 2019

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Transfer

of EPA Staff) Order 2019.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 September 2019 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3      Transfer of parts of EPA Staff Agency to Department of Planning, Industry and Environment

The following parts of the Environment Protection Authority Staff Agency are transferred to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment—

(a)	the Container Deposit Scheme Branch,
(b)	the Strategy and Programs Branch.
