I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902 and provisions of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 authorising the making of orders under that Part, make the following Order.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—SAS
Trustee Corporation) Order 2015.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 January 2016 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3      Establishment of SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency

(1)	The SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency is established as a Public Service executive agency related to the Treasury.
(2)	The SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency is responsible to the Treasurer.

4      Abolition of SAS Trustee Corporation Division and transfer of staff to SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency

(1)	All parts of the SAS Trustee Corporation Division (as referred to in clause 13A (c) of Schedule 4 to the Government Sector Employment Act 2013) are transferred to the SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency.
(2)	The SAS Trustee Corporation Division is abolished.
(3)	A reference to the SAS Trustee Corporation Division in any Act (other than clause 13A (c) of Schedule 4 to the Government Sector Employment Act 2013) or statutory or other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, is to be construed as a reference to the SAS Trustee Corporation Staff Agency.

5 Amendment of Schedule 1 to Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (Public Service agencies)
