the following Order.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Revenue
NSW) Order 2017.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 31 July 2017 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Change of name of Office of State Revenue to Revenue NSW

(1) The name of the Office of State Revenue is changed to Revenue NSW.
(2) A reference in any Act or statutory or other instrument, or any contract or agreement,
to the Office of State Revenue is to be construed as a reference to Revenue NSW.
