1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Public

Service Agencies) Amendment Order 2020.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Amendment of Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Public Service Agencies) Order 2019

Clause 5 Ministers to who Public Service agencies responsible

Insert “Deputy Premier, Minister for Regional New South Wales, Industry and Trade” at the beginning of the second column of the matter relating to the Department of Communities and Justice in clause 5(1).
