the following Order.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Office of
Penrith Lakes) Order 2016.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the date on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Transfer of Office of Penrith Lakes

(1) The Office of Penrith Lakes is transferred from the Office of Sport to the Department
of Planning and Environment.
(2) A reference in any Act or statutory or other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Office of Penrith Lakes in the Office of Sport is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Planning and Environment.
