1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—NSW Fair

Trading) Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Construction of references in Entertainment Industry Act 2013

(1)	The reference to the Secretary of the Treasury in the definition of Secretary in section 4 (1) of the Entertainment Industry Act 2013 is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Fair Trading, Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, or, if there is no person employed as Commissioner for Fair Trading, the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
(2)	The references to the Treasury in sections 31, 36 and 41 of the Entertainment

Industry Act 2013 are to be construed as references to the Department of Finance,
Services and Innovation.

4 Construction of references in Retail Trading Act 2008

The reference to the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation in the definition of Secretary in section 3 (1) of the Retail Trading Act 2008 is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Fair Trading, Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, or, if there is no person employed as Commissioner for Fair Trading, the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
