I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst AC, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902, make the following Order.

Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Liquor

and Gaming) Order 2015

Constitution Act 1902

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Liquor and Gaming) Order 2015.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Abolition of Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority Staff Agency

(1) The persons employed in the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority Staff
Agency are transferred to the Department of Justice.
(2) The Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority Staff Agency is abolished.
(3) A reference in any Act or statutory or other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority Staff Agency is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Justice.

4 Amendment of Schedule 1 to Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (Public Service agencies)

Part 2 Executive agencies related to Departments

Omit the matter relating to the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority Staff
Agency.
