I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902, and provisions of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 authorising the making of orders under that Part, make the following Order.

Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—

Greater Sydney Commission) Order 2018

under the

Constitution Act 1902

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Greater
Sydney Commission) Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 July 2018 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Establishment of Greater Sydney Commission Staff Agency

The Greater Sydney Commission Staff Agency is established as a Public Service executive agency related to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

4      Transfer of certain DPE staff to GSC Staff Agency

The persons employed in the Department of Planning and Environment who are principally involved in the administration of the Greater Sydney Commission Act

2015 are transferred to the Greater Sydney Commission Staff Agency.

5 Amendment of Schedule 1 to Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (Public Service agencies)

Insert in appropriate order in Part 2:
