Amendment No 5) Order 2018

Constitution Act 1902

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Acts—Amendment

No 5) Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Allocation of the administration of Part 5B of the Local Land Services Act 2013

(1) The administration of Part 5B of the Local Land Services Act 2013 is allocated to the
Minister for Lands and Forestry.
(2) The allocation made by this clause replaces any previous allocation of the Local

Land Services Act 2013 to the extent that it is inconsistent with the allocation made

by this Order.

Note. See section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1987 for the interpretation of references to “the
Minister” in an Act.
