1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Acts—Amendment
No 3) Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 July 2018 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Allocation of the administration of State Records Act 1998 No 17

(1) The administration of the State Records Act 1998 is allocated to the Minister for the
Arts.
(2) The allocation made by this clause replaces the previous allocation of that Act.

Note. See section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1987 for the interpretation of references to “the
Minister” in an Act.
