Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Acts—

Amendment No 2) Order 2019

under the

Constitution Act 1902

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Acts—Amendment

No 2) Order 2019.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Allocation of the administration of Part 3 of Chapter 2 of the Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998

(1) The administration of Part 3 of Chapter 2 of the Workplace Injury Management and

Workers Compensation Act 1998 is allocated jointly to the Attorney General, and
Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and the Minister for Customer

Service.

(2) The allocation made by this clause replaces any previous allocation relating to the
Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998 to the extent
that it is inconsistent with the allocation made by this Order.
Note. See section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1987 for the interpretation of references to “the
Minister” in an Act.
