1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Acts—Amendment
No 2) Order 2015.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Allocation of the administration of Cancer Institute (NSW) Act 2003 No 14

(1)	The administration of the Cancer Institute (NSW) Act 2003 is allocated solely to the Minister for Health.
(2)	The allocation made by this clause replaces any previous allocations relating to the Act concerned.

Note. See section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1987 for the interpretation of references to “the
Minister” in an Act.
