I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Part 7 of the Constitution Act 1902, make the following Order.

Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Acts—

Amendment No 1) Order 2016

Constitution Act 1902

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Acts—Amendment
No 1) Order 2016.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Allocation of the administration of Acts

(1) The administration of the Acts listed in Schedule 1 are allocated to the Ministers
indicated in that Schedule.
(2) The allocations made by this Order replace any previous allocations relating to the
Acts concerned.

Note. See section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1987 for the interpretation of references to “the
Minister” in an Act.
