Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.

Arrangement of business

Regulation 5a of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulations is amended by omitting “107vzw of the Repatriation Act 1920” and substituting “175 of the Veterans’ Entitlement Act 1986”.
