Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, william patrick deane, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   New regulation 21

3.1   After regulation 20, insert:

Prescribed contract limit

 “21. For paragraph 24A (4) (b) of the Act, a higher amount of $1,000,000 is prescribed.”.
