The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989.

Principal Regulations

1.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulations.

Commencement

2.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Repeal

3.  Regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations is repealed.

Schedule

4.  The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from Form 9—

“*    to give evidence and to produce the following documents:”

and substituting—

“*    to give evidence and to produce the following books, documents and things:

*to produce the following books, documents and things:”.
