The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 13 November 1995.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulations.

Schedule—Form 9

3.  The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Form 9 and substituting the following form:
