Administrative Appeals Tribunal Amendment Act 2005

I, JOHN LANDY, Administrator of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Amendment Act 2005, fix 16 May 2005 as the day on which items 1 to 110, 112 to 180 and 182 to 236 in Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
