An Act to amend certain laws in consequence of the enactment of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1994 and the Interpretation (Amendment) Act 1994

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

1.  This Act may be cited as the Administrative Appeals (Consequential Amendments) Act 1994.

Commencement

2.  (1)  Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette.

(2)  The remaining provisions commence on the day on which sections 9 and 28 of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1994 commence.

Amendments of Acts

3.  The Acts specified in Schedule 1 are amended as set out in that Schedule.

Amendments of Regulations

4.  The Regulations specified in Schedule 2 are amended as set out in that Schedule.
