ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE (NO. 2)

An Ordinance to amend the Administration and Probate

Ordinance 1967.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Administration and Probate

Ordinance (No. 2) 1967.*

2 . Section 13 of the Administration and Probate Ordinance 1967f

is amended—

(a) by omitting the words " after the commencement of this

Ordinance " (whenever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words " on or after the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven "; and

(b) by omitting the words " before the commencement of this

Ordinance " and inserting in their stead the words " before the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven ".
