AN ACT to amend the Administration Act

1903-1979.

[Assented to 15 October 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the

and citation.

(2) In this Act the Administration Act 1903-1979 Reprinted as

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act Wong,

may be cited as the Administration Act 1903-1980. and 67 and

/03 of 1979.

2. This Act shall come into operation on the twenty-eighth day after the day on which it is assented to by the Governor.

Section 53

3.

Section 53 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) by deleting "with the Principal Registrar an address within the City of Perth" and substituting the following-

amended.

" in accordance with the rules a notice of an

address " .

Section 55 of the principal Act is amended by deleting "; or if the fixed abode of the deceased at the time of his death has been more than eighty kilometres from Perth, then to the district agent for the Principal Registrar nearest to such place of abode." and substituting the following-

Section 59 of the principal Act is repealed.

Section 63 of the principal Act is amended in

subsection (2) by deleting "within the City of Perth"

and substituting the following
