AN ACT to amend the Administration Act, 1903-

1976.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Section 55

deleting the word "five" in line two and inserting in

Subsection (2) of section 57 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "five" in line three and inserting in lieu thereof the word "ten".
