AN ACT to amend the Administration Act,

1903-1959.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent " Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Section eighteen of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the word, "Stamps" in line two of paragraph (a) of subsection (2) the words, "Probate Duties."

Section sixty-five of the principal Act is

amended by substituting for the interpretation,

"Commissioner" the following interpretation:

"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Probate Duties appointed under section sixty-five A of this Act, and until a person is appointed to that office means the person for the time being appointed to be the Commissioner of Stamps under the Stamp Act, 1921.
