AN ACT to amend the Administration Act,

1903-1949.

[Assented to 18th December, 1950.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Administration Short title.

Act Amendment Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Administration Act, 1903-1949 (Act No. 13 of 1903 as reprinted with amendments to and including Act No. 21 of 1942 incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Amendments Incorporation Act, 1938, in Volume 2 of the Reprinted Acts of the Parliament of Western Australia, and further amended by Acts Nos. 39 of 1945 and 8 of 1949), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

The principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Administration Act, 1903-1950. gratinilesTg

3. Section fifty-five of the principal Act is =rent

amended by deleting the words "five hundred pounds" in line two and substituting therefor the words "one thousand five hundred pounds."

4. Section fifty-seven of the principal Act is of s. 57. Amendment

amended by deleting the words "five hundred pounds" in lines three and four of subsection (2) and substituting therefor the words "one thousand five hundred pounds."
