AN ACT to amend the Administration Act, 1903.

| BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative | Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in |
| this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- |
1. This Act may be cited as the Administration Act short title.
Amendment Act, 1921, and shall be read as one with the Administration Act, 1903, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
| Section one hundred and thirty-three of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting after the word "administrator," wherever the same occurs in that section, the words "or executor." | Amendment of Section 133. |
