AN ACT to amend the Administration Act,

1903.

[Assented to 20th November, 1909.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     This Act may be cited as the Administration Act Amendment Short title

Act, 1909, and shall be read as one with the Administration Act.

1903, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.      The second schedule to the principal Act is hereby repealed, Repeal of Second

and a schedule is inserted in place thereof as follows:— Schedule.

Second Schedule. Sec. SO, 96.

On the estate real and personal of a deceased person. and on the property

given or accruing totally person under a settlement or deed of gift

Where the total value of such estate, after deducting all

debts. does not exceed £500 ... ... 1 per cent.

Where such value exceeds 2500, but does not exceed

£1,000 ... 2 per cent.
