AN ACT to extend the time for making application for a Publican's General License under the Licens- ing Act, 1911, in respect of certain premises in course of erection and to be known as the Ade1phi Hotel, and to amend certain conditions of the provisional certificate relating thereto.

said building and premises on the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and the time specified in the said provisional certificate (whether it has already expired or net) is hereby extended for all purposes until the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and the time limited by the conditions indorsed on the provisional certificate for the erection and completion of the said building and premises is hereby extended until the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and such con- ditions shall stand amended accordingly.
